P-1 visa is a temporary U.S. work visa for internationally recognized athletes (P-1A) and members of internationally recognized entertainment groups (P-1B) who are coming to the U.S. for a specific event, competition, or performance
P-3 classification applies to you if you are coming temporarily to perform, teach or coach as artists or entertainers, individually or as part of a group, under a program that is culturally unique.
O1B a U.S. nonimmigrant work visa for individuals with extraordinary ability in the arts or extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry. It allows foreign nationals to live and work temporarily in the U.S. for a specific project or employer.
The O-2 visa is a U.S. nonimmigrant work visa for essential support personnel who must accompany and assist an O-1 visa holder (an individual with extraordinary ability or achievement) in the fields of athletics, arts, motion picture, or television production.
The O-3 visa category is for the spouse and unmarried children of O-1 or O-2 visa holders
Spouses and children are not permitted to work
P1S- a nonimmigrant visa that allows essential support personnel to work temporarily in the U.S. to support an internationally recognized athlete or entertainment group holding a P1 visa. These support staff, such as coaches, trainers, and technicians, are considered integral to the P-1 visa holder's performance and cannot be easily substituted by U.S. workers. The P1S visa is not a standalone visa and must be directly tied to a P1 visa petition.
P3S- a separate visa for the essential support personnel of artists or entertainers who are coming to the U.S. on a P3 visa for a "culturally unique program". These support staff can include individuals like sound engineers, managers, or stagehands who have critical knowledge of the services being performed and are necessary for the P3 visa holder's performance.
The P4 visa is intended for spouses and dependent children younger than 21 years old of P visa holders. It allows them to come to the US to live with the family member who is there on a P visa.
